REHABILITATION SERVICE LEAD
At the forefront of every connection. At the heart of every outcome.
Wagner Therapies is growing and we need a Rehabilitation Service Lead who believes, like we do, that connection is the core of what we do.
This isn’t a job description you’ll have seen before. Yes, you’ll deliver outstanding, evidence-based rehabilitation to clients with neurological, developmental and complex needs. Yes, you’ll lead complex cases, write reports that matter, and be the clinician other professionals trust. But this role goes further.
You’ll connect and advocate. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, families, clinicians, case managers and stakeholders, a passionate voice for the people we support, and a familiar face to the charities and service providers we collaborate with to get them there.
You’ll build something. New service lines. New partnerships with charities, insurers and case managers. You’ll turn your clinical expertise into strategy, working directly with our Managing Director to shape where Wagner Therapies goes next.
You’ll lead people. We already have a strong, close-knit clinical team, Administrators, Associates, Clinical Supervisor and QA Lead, and you’ll build on that foundation, not start from scratch, giving them the direction, standards and support to thrive.
You’ll stay a clinician. An active caseload is built into the role, because credibility comes from practice, not just from planning it.
What we need from you:
- BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent), HCPC-registered
- Minimum 10+ years in neurorehabilitation and/or paediatric practice with complex cases
- Experience leading service growth, training design, or strategic planning
- A genuine passion for people, partnership and advocacy, not just process
- The confidence to lead a team and the humility to keep learning from your clients
What you’ll get:
- Competitive salary, reviewed against performance and impact
- 35 days’ holiday, pension contribution, private medical insurance after probation
- CPD allowance and support
- Fully funded indemnity insurance
- Home-based, flexible working with genuine autonomy over your diary
- A discretionary performance bonus
If you believe great rehabilitation is built on great connections, clients, clinicians, charities and partners alike, we want to hear from you.
